First of all, you should know that Your participation as a volunteer can be in person or remotely, since we often have the desire to collaborate on causes and with specific civil society organizations, however, sometimes the ones that motivate us aren't close to our place of residence; fortunately, the times we live in allow us to be present despite the distance.
In addition, it can be in any of the tasks contemplated in the master and complementary programs, each of these has a diverse set of actions to undertake, and your help will be very useful. You can also contribute to the cooperative or to academic aspects, or in the areas of fundraising and developing graphic and audiovisual content.
Besides its quite simple, you just need to have a strong desire and commitment to contribute to the mission of preserving the ecosystem, sensitivity to environmental issues, and enthusiasm for building a personal legacy for the planet.
Requirements
To do this, we only require that you provide us with general information such as:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- A physical copy or digital file of your Id or passport
If you are a minor:
- CURP
- A letter from your parents or guardians stating their agreement for you to volunteer at Teoyotica, as well as their official identification.
In both cases, a brief explanation of why you want to get involved and what you consider to be your greatest qualities, skills, and knowledge will help you identify which area you would feel most comfortable in and where your disposition and use will have the greatest impact.
Corporate volunteering
We also consider corporate volunteering, as companies often seek altruistic activities to raise awareness among their employees. Therefore, at Teoyotica, we offer this opportunity. In addition to supporting the foundation in all its work, it strengthens the ties and corporate responsibility of those who join, thus generating a more reflective, participatory, and conscious space, in this case, regarding the environment.
For this option aimed at the private sector, all members of each company are welcome to participate without restriction on the number of participants. However, due to internal booking logistics, up to 50 people can attend per day, divided into two groups of 25, each divided into four-hour periods.
